Over 40 resources vendors from local organizations will be present to offer information & supplies covering a wide variety of topics. Stop by their tables to ask questions, learn about available assistance & programs, and take home valuable materials & information. Topics include:

Activities and Services:

Our event will offer FREE services and activities including:

• LiveWell Mobile Bus providing public benefits information, such as food, healthcare, or financial assistance
• Free dental screenings, fluoride, and dental resources - Neighborhood Health Mobile Unit
• Free blood pressure screenings - Neighborhood Health Mobile Unit
• Free produce distribution by the Jacobs and Cushman San Diego Food Bank (while supplies last)
• Eagle Scout Bridge, Community Art Project, Inflatable Slide, Toddler Area for endless fun
• Bicycle safety rodeo w/ free helmet giveaway (while supplies last) - California Highway Patrol

Programming:

Throughout the event, we will have family-friendly programming inside the gymnasium, offering a great way to spend time with your kids!

• 10:00 am: Full Event Begins - Activities & Resource vendors open
• 10:30 am - 11:00 am: Family Storytime with Escondido Public Library
• 11:00 am - 11:30am: Family Zumba with the YMCA
• 11:45 pm - 12:00pm: Speakers and Check Presentation to Escondido YMCA with Assemblymember Dr. Patel and Executive Director of Escondido YMCA, Ron Lelakes
• 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm: Interactive Gymnastics Experience with the YMCA
• 12:45 pm - 1:00 pm: Prize Drawing for Opportunity Drawing
   

CHP Car Seat Installation & Safety Inspection:

The California Highway Patrol is providing free car seat installations and safety inspections beginning at 9am. An appointment can include inspecting existing car seats to ensure they are properly and safely installed, installing car seats for you, making sure they are secured correctly and meeting safety standards, and answering any questions you may have about child passenger safety.

**RSVP strongly recommended, drive-up option will only be available if there are open spots on the day. People who have submitted an RSVP will have priority

Bicycle Rodeo:

Also organized by CHP will be a bicycle safety obstacle course. Bring your child’s bicycle, get a FREE child helmet (while supplies last), and watch your child navigate the obstacle course. CHP volunteers will engage with the kids to provide safety tips along the way!

Free Opportunity Prize Drawing

When you arrive, grab a free event passport at our check-in tables! You will receive stickers at each vendor booth & activity you visit – the more stickers you collect, the more tickets you will receive to enter a free opportunity drawing for a host of prizes. The drawing is free, open to everyone, and will be occurring later in the event.
