Strengthens California's Early Intervention Services Act to improve access to developmental services for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, helping children receive support during critical early years.
AB 2468: Students with Disabilities
Expands accountability measures to better support students with disabilities and promote more inclusive educational opportunities.
AB 2555: English Learner Success
Expands opportunities for English learners to demonstrate proficiency and transition more quickly to academic success.
AB 2225: Closing the Achievement Gap
Creates a statewide framework to reduce achievement gaps through improved planning, accountability, and collaboration.
AB 2067: School Facilities
Helps school districts complete construction projects more efficiently by modernizing school facility leasing tools, allowing schools to deliver classrooms and infrastructure improvements more quickly and cost-effectively.
AB 402: Expanding College Affordability
Expands access to Cal Grant financial aid and strengthens support for California Community College students, helping more Californians afford higher education and complete a college degree.

AB 2431: Fair Medical Claims Processing
Improves transparency and accountability in health insurance by addressing inappropriate downcoding of medical claims, helping ensure providers are fairly reimbursed and patients maintain access to care.

AB 1834: Streamlining Subdivision Development
Modernizes California's Subdivision Map Act by clarifying exceptions to tentative and final map requirements, helping reduce unnecessary administrative barriers while supporting more efficient land development and infrastructure projects. The measure improves consistency in the subdivision approval process for local governments and property owners.
AB 841: Firefighter Protection from Lithium Battery Fires
Strengthens firefighter safety by requiring the State Fire Marshal to develop guidance on personal protective equipment for responding to lithium-ion battery fires. The measure helps first responders better prepare for emerging fire hazards as battery technologies become more common.
AB 1119: Expanding Teacher Credentialing Opportunities
Creates greater flexibility in California's teacher credentialing system by allowing educators to earn multiple credentials more efficiently. The measure helps schools address workforce shortages while expanding opportunities for teachers to serve students across high-need subject areas and grade levels.
