Each year, California Assemblymembers and State Senators are invited to honor a California Nonprofit of the Year for their district. Celebrations include an inspiring and high-spirited luncheon hosted on the Capitol Mall in Sacramento, attended by honorees from across the state.
As part of these celebrations, I would like to ask for your help with identifying non-profit organizations - located in the 76th Assembly District - that have made an impact on our community. If you know such a non-profit, please take the time to submit a nomination using the form found at the bottom of this page.
This year’s luncheon recognizing the Non-Profit of the Year honoree is Wednesday, May 20th in Sacramento.
We will be accepting nominations until 11:59pm on March 22nd

Who can nominate?
Anyone can nominate and non-profits may nominate themselves.
Does the non-profit have to be located in the 76th Assembly District?
Nominees must be located in or work in the Assembly District 76. Click here for a map.
How many organizations can I nominate?
Please nominate as many names as you like, but submit a nomination form for each non-profit. All fields below are required.
When will honorees be contacted?
Nominees will be reviewed and the selected honoree will be contacted by March 25th.
Is attendance in Sacramento for the luncheon on May 21st required in order to receive the award?
No, attendance is not required, we hope you can join us to receive this well-deserved recognition.
